Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Switch, Delta, Visa and MasterCard. Payment is taken with order. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. You have the right to cancel your order up until 9.30am the day before delivery. You must cancel by telephone. We reserve the right to pass on the card handling fee charged by our payment processor for issuing a refund.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us immediately and we will correct the mistake where possible.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Shipping And Handling All deliveries to the S40 &S41 postcode areas in Chesterfield are free. All other delivery prices will be displayed when making your purchase, based on the delivery location. We normally deliver all products ourselves in our liveried refrigerated vehicle's to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition, but if your goods are sent by a third party carrier you must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

No liability will be accepted by Frederick's of Chesterfield for any failure or delay in delivery wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or the competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in Supplies or any cause beyond our control.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
